Please complete the inital NAACCR Membership Application below. You will be contacted by the NAACCR office via phone to formalize your application which will eventually be sent to the NAACCR Board of Directors to be voted on at their next Board meeting. 

NAACCR is a professional organization that develops and promotes uniform data standards for cancer registration; provides education and training; certifies population-based registries; aggregates and publishes data from central cancer registries; and promotes the use of cancer surveillance data and systems for cancer control and epidemiologic research, public health programs, and patient care to reduce the burden of cancer in North America.
1. Membership Application TypeChoose the membership you are applying for based off of the explanation for each category below.

Individual Membership has two membership category options.  International Membership and Individual Membership.
  • International Membership: This membership category includes individuals and organizations from countries other than the United States and Canada.  Members in this category may participate in committees, workgroups and taskforces, but shall not chair a committee or vote in elections.  
  • Individual Membership: This membership category are for those individuals who are located the United States and Canada and are not currently working in a member organization and who have demonstrated career and professional commitments and interests that are consistent with or complementary to those of NAACCR.
Full Member Membership category is designed for Central Registries which are or have the potential to become population-based.

Sustaining Member (Non-Profit) Membership category is designed for non-profit organizations interested in promoting the purposes of the Association.

Sponsoring Member Organization Membership category is designed for national organizations which are primarily involved in cancer control, prevention, and research.

Sponsoring Member Organization with Distinction Membership category is designed for national organizations which are primarily involved in cancer control, prevention, and research who wish to diffirentiate themselves among NAACCR's members as leaders in the cancer community.
